Crest Builders, Inc. began doing business in the
Tacoma -Pierce County area in June of 1967. During
the years the company has built in excess of 3,000
single family homes and well over 1,000 multi-family
units in Tacoma, Pierce and Thurston Counties, at one
time being one of the largest builders operating in Pierce
County. Developing and building communities of which
we can be proud of for years to come has always been a
